Cost of Membership

There is not cost of membership. U of T Rider's Club do not require a membership fee. Though donations are welcome.

Associated Costs of Adventures

All costs that are associated or may arise due to participation in adventures are the participant's responsibility. Such costs include but not limited to fuel costs, food and water costs, vehicle wear & tear parts replacement. For example, U of T RC will not cover the cost of petroleum, food, water, oil, and any other vehicle part classified as wear & tear, such include but not limited to brake pads, brake rotors, sprockets, pulley, chain, belt, drive shaft, brake fluid, suspension fluids, fork seal, tires, air and oil filters, spark plugs, engine valves and gasket(s).

Possible Damages as a Result from Membership

Any damages incurred to the participant's vehicle, property, or the vehicle or property of other members and non-members during the adventure are the participant's responsibility. For example, if you crash into another car, U of T RC will not be held liable to any damages. If you crash into another member of U of T RC, U of T RC will no be held liable to any damages. 

Termination of Membership

If any member of the U of T RC behaves in a manner that poses imminent danger to another member, a warning shall be issue by one of the officers to the aggravating member. If such dangerous behavior persists after warning, or if any damages are caused, both physical and psychological, the aggravating member's membership with U of T RC will be revoked.


If any member of the U of T RC behaves in a way that disrespects or endangers law enforcement officers, their membership will be revoked. Such behaviors include but not limited to fleeing the scene of an accident, refusing to pull over upon hearing sirens, attempting to escape police arrest or capture. 


In other words, don't do anything stupid, and you'l be fine.

Waiver Form

  All members must bring two (2) copies of the waiver form the rendezvous point during vehicle inspection phase. One (1) copy will be submitted to the President. The other copy is to be kept by the participant.  If you do not have a Witness, don't worry, bring it in and one of the officers of UTRC will sign as witness.
